Relocating to Sweden to save money. I got a job offer of 47000SEK before tax, visas sponsored for my wife & my mother (with a laryngectomy). My wife, a general medicine graduate, wants to specialize in Sweden. Can we live well and save 4000€ monthly?

First, taxes on 47 000 SEK will be 12 300 so you will actually get 34 700 SEK. Expect to pay 10 - 15 000 for somewhere to live and 20 000 will remain. The minimum cost of living is 6 000 so you will have 2 000 left. That will be 166 Euros.
By living on the cheap, you will manage 166 Euros monthly and perhaps a little more. But it will be totally impossible to save 4 000 Euros monthly.
